Ring Pull

Brief

Make a Ring Pull model, to be used in a print media advertisement for awareness branding.

The ring was machined from solid brass, then sanded to a perfect finish. The tongue was created from brass sheet with the logo engraved into the brass.

Finished Results / Interesting Notes

The ring pull was ten times the normal size to allow for greater detail. The sanding of the ring to a perfect finish took over two days of slow and labourious sanding using progressively finer and finer sand paper. Yet the machining of the ring took only a morning to complete.
