Replicate in detail a New Zealand beach with models of sand animals, for a permenant educational museum display

Because the exhibit could be touched, all shells, etc had to be glued down to prevent removal, and the grass had to be freeze-dried. The actual sand used was collected from over 50 kilometres away. Unfortunately for the chap collecting it, the vehicle he was in sunk in the sand and he had to be pulled out by a friendly farmer.
